Jacob did a small smile. It made him happy that she thought the same things. It made Jacob look less, well, insane. He held onto her tightly still in his arms. He still had one thing on his mind that was worrying him. And that one thing was that one day, Ness would forget about him. She would no longer want to go on adventures with him in the woods, or just plain talk to him. He swallowed the lump that was builing up in his throat from the thought of that. 

Jacob’s heart began beating faster. He felt like it was beating so loud and fast that Nessie could probably hear it and feel it pounding against her. The thoughts of them running around, kissing each other like one of those couples that stayed together forever. Jacob had always wanted that. All the other wolfs in his pack had that…Jacob felt like he never would. Then he found Renesmee…and that all changed. “Y-You did? I’ve dreamed about that a couple of times..” He said in a sort of mumbled tone. He feared that he might scare Nessie. He held onto her small hand, it placed in his big palm. He looked down at their hand, then smiled when he heard the words that crept out of Renesmee’s mouth. “I want you to be my forever.” He said, clearly so that Renesmee could hear it clearly. His heart still pounded fast. Not in a bad way…the best way it could ever beat.

Jacob smiled, glad that she was looking forward to maybe meeting some new people later on in her life. Jacob really did not want to feel like he was leaving Nessie locked up in a world that she couldn’t escape. Basically, she already was. The bloodsuckers ruined her..The horrible thought ran through his mind. He shook it out of his head. He couldn’t think like that when holding Nessie in his arms. She was one of them, and Jacob loved her so much….so much to ignore the fact that she was part Vampire. 

Jacob laughed softly and nodded. “It was. If only you could have felt what i was feeling when I first saw your beautiful eyes…” Jacob was stuck in the thought, when all of a sudden he felt Nessie’s lips press to his. It was a quick kiss, a quick one. Not a long lasting…but still, it put Jacob into a shock. When she kissed him…he did too see the visions. The visions of them running along the sandy beach of La’Push, splashing water at each other and kissing each other softly. Jacob couldn’t wait till that day actually came, if it ever would.. Jacob was quiet for a second when Ness asked the question. He nodded, then stopped. The fact that she was seeing stuff too surprised him. “I did, I saw them…you see stuff, Ness?” He asked her in a hushed tone. “Describe the thoughts to me.” He said in a soft voice, then brought a smile to his face when their eyes met.

Jacob all of a sudden began to feel bad when Nessie said she was thikning about friends and how she’d probably never see them again. It made him feel as if he were just keeping her to himself, keeping her away from all the wonders of the world. but that’s the thing, she’s not human. People who aren’t fully human don’t do humans things, really. “Yes, of course you have me…but don’t be afraid to make new friends too, Ness. But-” Jacob cut off for a second, then spoke up again “Just try not to forget about me, okay?” He smiled at her and held her tight against his chest as they continued the walk. He was walking slowly on purpose.

He then heard Nessie ask the question. He’d been waiting for her to ask this. Jacob looked down at her and into her eyes, a smile plastered onto his face. “When I saw you, I couldn’t take my eyes off of you. I was no longer on earth.” Jacob didn’t want to get too into it like he always did in his head. He was afraid it’d scare her in a way. “Let’s just say, I saw us becoming close friends coming.” He brought up his big hand and placed it in Nessie’s small delicate hand. It instantly brought warmth to his heart.
